About Us
Inflexion LLC is a woman, minority-owned small business focused on helping organizations improve and adapt. We partner with our clients to navigate change — bringing a holistic perspective across people, process, technology, and policy. Our past clients include, McDaniel College, Department of Homeland Security, Library of Congress, AARP, and several local non-profits.
Our Founder and President, Jennifer Yang, is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of strategy, management, and technology consulting experience. She has advised CXO-level stakeholders at Fortune 50 companies, start-up ventures, Federal agencies, and non-profit organizations — bringing a breadth of perspective that few consultants can match. A graduate of MIT and Johns Hopkins University, she has received national recognition for her project successes.
